This project reimagines Swimming by Mac Miller, translating its themes of self-reflection, healing, and perseverance into a surreal visual narrative. The floating figure exists between water and sky, representing the balance between sinking and staying afloat. Warped typography and reflective elements create a sense of movement, reinforcing the idea of continuously “swimming” through life’s challenges.

A calm yet playful tone is achieved through soft blues, clouds, and vibrant floral accents. Details like the transformation of smoke into flowers and subtle asymmetries add personality while symbolizing growth and release. This project reflects both the emotional depth of the album and my own growth as a designer, emphasizing adaptability, storytelling, and cohesive visual design.
